The Brand Behind The Work
My brand name, Jennifer Anne Design, contains my first name, middle name, and what I do every day - design. I turned the initials of my brand name into a mark, the rest is history.

MISSION
I needed to determine the best way to name myself as a creative entity. I decided against using words that didn’t include my actual name and landed on keeping my first and middle name along with the word “design”. Design describes what I do every day from creative direction to technical design and everything in between.

OUTCOME
After lots of sketching I landed on this representation of the first three initials in my brand name, JAD. I then smoothed out all the curves and lines using shapes as a measuring tool to create a balanced, clean and visually impactful mark that works well big or small.
